What I care about

The most expensive mistake in marketing is thinking performance is only "creative and budgets." In reality, performance depends on measurement you can trust. My work sits at that intersection: Google Ads strategy, attribution, and tracking architecture that does not fall apart the moment something changes on the site.

Over time, I became the person people went to when numbers did not match, conversions dropped, or tracking felt "almost right." I enjoy that work because it is part investigation, part engineering, and part business strategy. When the foundation is correct, everything else moves faster.

The path

My career has evolved inside Clickem. That matters, because it means I saw the entire lifecycle, not just one slice of the job. I started in execution, moved into client ownership, and then into leadership. Each step forced me to become more disciplined, more technical, and more accountable.

Early on, I learned how campaigns really behave, where spend leaks, why "best practices" sometimes fail, and how much tracking quality determines whether you can confidently scale. Later, as an account manager, I learned how to translate business goals into measurable plans and how to communicate the why, not just the what. Today, as COO, I focus on systems: how we deliver consistent results, how we structure work, and how we keep measurement reliable across clients and platforms.

    Chief Operating Officer, Clickem

    Leading operational strategy, client delivery systems, and performance frameworks. Focused on scaling processes, improving measurement reliability, and aligning execution with business outcomes.

    Owned client outcomes across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts. Translated business goals into measurable plans, ensured tracking accuracy, and communicated performance in a way stakeholders trusted.

    Built, launched, and optimized campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Learned performance fundamentals in the real world: structure, bids, search intent, creative testing, and tracking.

Quick note: My work today is still practical. I care about what ships, what gets measured, and what actually improves profit, not just dashboards.

Where I'm heading

I'm continuing to build systems around measurement and performance marketing in Clickem, especially GTM, GA4, conversion tracking, and scalable delivery frameworks. A growing part of this work is integrating AI into performance workflows, using it to enhance diagnostics, automate insights, and support better decision making.
